Recently…I’ve been reading about the nutritional benefits of Chia seeds…in fact…one tablespoon of these tiny seeds packs quite a punch…although it has sixty calories…they are not empty at all…that one tablespoon provides five grams of fiber…as much as two cups of raw broccoli…two and a half grams of protein…and…is a good source of Omega 3 fatty acids…as well as some antioxidants…and are reported to be good for digestive and cardiac health…and assist in weight loss…

All and all…the article claimed they were much healthier than the flax seeds I have been adding to my Greek yogurt…of course…I had to try them…

So…here’s my opinion…the tiny seeds remind me of poppy seeds…they really don’t have much of a taste…although they definitely change the yogurt experience…making it a little crunchy…

There’s just the one thing…after my shower…I did notice a strange green tint to my hair and skin…that seems to be growing…

No…surely not
