Mercury has been retrograde from June 7th…until today…according to 
astrology types…the best laid communications of mice and men…mostly go astray…during Mercury’s backward days…
And…I have to say…that has definitely been the case these last three weeks…I have witnessed friendships and business relationships…dissolve over a few poorly chosen words…I’ve even over reacted to some myself…and had others misinterpret mine…
So…what the heck is going on…
Well…you know…once I ask the question…Bertha…is all too eager to answer…
And…she says the problem is…that I…and a lot of other people…do have things…backward…when it comes to communication right now…she said that when…Mama…told me to…think before I spoke…that’s exactly what she meant…think with mouth shut…
Instead…lately…there’s been a lot of…open mouth and thoughts come out…and we all know…that most of the time…that’s not necessarily a good thing…
We’ve spent a lot of time over the last months…talking about living my truth…and…she says…thinking things through is an important part of that…I can’t live my truth in a situation…until I sort it all out and know what my truth is…but…when I do that sorting with my mouth open…I say a lot of things that…aren’t my truth…in the process…and…then…the person I am…thinking…to…doesn’t know what my truth is…and they often latch on to the wrong thing…
Hmmm…lot of thinking to do on that…but…I think I’ll do that with my mouth shut and my fingers off the keyboard…
